You'll work directly with equipment, manage technical workflows, and ensure every installation meets our safety and quality standards. Your certifications and hands-on expertise will be essential to our operational success in Middlesex County.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain solar panels, battery systems, and related electrical equipment at customer sites
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and execute corrective maintenance following established safety protocols
• Complete detailed technical documentation and maintain accurate records for all field work
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify installations meet company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate seamless project workflows
• Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards while operating in the field
• Support customer communication regarding technical work and system operation

Who We're Looking For

• Current industry certification or licensing relevant to field operations, electrical work, or solar system installations
• Proven hands-on experience installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting energy systems or similar technical equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and demonstrated commitment to zero-incident operations
• Ability to read technical schematics, diagrams, and work instructions accurately
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service region
• Clear communication skills and customer-focused approach to field interactions
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team
