About the Role
Danjon Management seeks an experienced Rental Agent and Property Manager to supervise day-to-day operations across our residential properties, including General Lafayette Apartments in Easton and an additional property in Lower Saucon, Pennsylvania. You'll be responsible for tenant communication, lease management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring our communities meet high standards of care and service. This position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents while contributing to the success of a locally rooted, family-operated organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage tenant inquiries, applications, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out procedures across multiple properties
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses
- Collect rent, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Foster positive community relationships and address resident concerns promptly
- Work with contractors and service vendors to maintain property conditions
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in property management or residential leasing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations
