EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead Oracle NetSuite Finance and Supply Chain Management consulting engagements. Based in Fort Myer, Arlington County, this full-time position offers the opportunity to guide enterprise transformation initiatives and grow your leadership impact within a global professional services firm.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager focused on Oracle Services and NetSuite implementation, you'll spearhead high-impact consulting projects delivering financial systems and supply chain optimization to enterprise clients. This role combines technical depth in NetSuite's Finance and Supply Chain modules with hands-on leadership of distributed teams. You'll own project success from discovery through post-go-live support, shaping how clients modernize their operations and achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, with emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain Management modules for mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Direct cross-functional consulting teams through all project phases—requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Develop technical and business strategy with clients to align NetSuite capabilities to their financial and supply chain workflows
• Mentor and develop consulting staff, building bench strength and delivering quality outcomes
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client engagements
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical and client management challenges

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Oracle NetSuite implementation, finance systems consulting, or supply chain technology
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite Finance module (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management) and Supply Chain Management module
• Proven success managing consulting projects and leading technical teams to delivery
• Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report cycles
• Experience presenting to C-level and finance leadership on system capabilities and change management
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
