Join GTRC as a Part-Time Casino Cashier in Benzonia, Benzie County. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals to manage gaming transactions in a fast-paced, regulated casino environment.

What This Role Involves

As a Casino Cashier at GTRC, you'll be the trusted financial hub of our gaming floor. You'll exchange player currency for gaming chips, process payouts, manage your cash drawer, and maintain accurate records throughout your shift. This position offers flexible part-time scheduling with performance-based shift premiums to recognize your commitment during our busiest hours.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Exchange currency and issue gaming chips with speed and accuracy
• Process player payouts and redemptions according to gaming regulations
• Maintain secure cash drawer management and reconcile transactions at shift end
• Deliver courteous service to guests while handling high-volume transactions
• Record all cage activity and report discrepancies immediately
• Work collaboratively with floor staff and surveillance to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy with currency handling
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cash security
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
