About This Position

As a Roofing Project Manager at Join The Schoenherr Roofing Team Today, you'll be the driving force behind our residential roofing projects. This full-time position puts you in control of the entire project timeline, from initial contract through final installation and customer acceptance. You'll work directly with crews, customers, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to own the complete production pipeline and grow with a stable, expanding residential roofing contractor in the Troy area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential roofing project lifecycles, from pre-construction planning through completion and customer sign-off
• Coordinate with installation crews to schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure efficient execution in the field
• Monitor project budgets, material costs, and labor expenses to maintain profitability and financial targets
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates, set expectations, and address any concerns
• Order and track materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management
• Conduct inspections and quality reviews at key project milestones to maintain our roofing standards
• Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
