Marketing Manager Media & Events

CDM Media USA is seeking a Marketing Manager Media & Events in Scottsdale, Maricopa County to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolio of executive engagement programs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how technology leaders connect and collaborate on a global scale.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager Media & Events, you'll be central to CDM Media USA's mission of connecting enterprise executives with transformative technology solutions. You'll oversee marketing strategy, promotion, and execution of high-impact events and media initiatives that engage C-suite professionals from the world's most recognized technology companies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for live events, virtual experiences, and executive engagement programs
• Manage media partnerships and coordinate press coverage for company initiatives and events
• Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials that drive event attendance and participation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery and consistent brand messaging
• Analyze event performance data, marketing campaign results, and audience engagement metrics
• Manage budgets and allocate resources strategically across marketing and media activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, sponsors, and key business partners
• Lead promotional efforts across digital platforms, email campaigns, and additional marketing channels

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience marketing events, media programs, or corporate initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketing analytics platforms
• Creative approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing market conditions
• Professional presence and comfort engaging with executives and senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent professional background
