Houston Fitness Partners is hiring a Part-Time Member Services Representative in Mont Belvieu, Chambers County, at $10 per hour. As a customer-focused professional, you'll deliver exceptional service and help members achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
About the Role
In this part-time position, you'll be the first point of contact for members at our Mont Belvieu location. You'll support member experiences and build relationships that foster long-term loyalty, all while contributing to our mission of creating a judgment-free fitness community.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet members with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process member inquiries, sign-ups, and account management requests
- Provide information about club amenities, programs, and membership options
- Answer questions about equipment, classes, and fitness services
- Manage member check-ins and system access
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk environment
- Address member concerns and escalate issues appropriately
- Support daily club operations and contribute to member satisfaction
