Proposal Writer

Braze is seeking a full-time Proposal Writer to join our team in London, Tulare County. This position offers the opportunity to craft compelling client proposals and directly shape how our solutions are presented to prospective customers.

About the Role

As a Proposal Writer, you'll be responsible for creating persuasive, client-focused proposals that communicate Braze's value and capabilities. Working alongside sales and product teams, you'll develop strategic narratives that address client needs and position Braze as the ideal solution for their business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Author original proposals, sales materials, and supporting documents tailored to client specifications and industry context
• Research prospective clients to understand their challenges and develop targeted messaging
• Respond to RFPs and detailed client questionnaires with clarity, accuracy, and competitive positioning
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure proposal content reflects company capabilities and strategy
• Manage proposal timelines to ensure quality, on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content libraries for consistency and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Proven proposal writing experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales settings
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of error-free work
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and work effectively under deadline pressure
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with proposal management software is preferred
