About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you'll work full-time to support our talent acquisition team and hiring managers, managing the critical touchpoints that turn candidates into employees. You'll own the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, maintaining the timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism our company is known for.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with prospective employees about The Hertz Corporation's mission, open positions, and career growth opportunities
• Schedule new employee start dates and coordinate initial onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions
• Collect, verify, and organize onboarding documentation and employment paperwork from newly hired team members
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers to optimize recruitment workflows and keep hiring on schedule
• Maintain accurate, organized records of candidate interactions and employee onboarding progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, delivering a welcoming, professional experience at every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related talent acquisition support roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
