About the Role

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll own the complete sales and marketing strategy for the property, driving occupancy rates, ADR performance, and brand visibility across the Los Angeles market. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, building and leading a dedicated sales and marketing team while managing all aspects of property positioning, corporate relationships, and demand generation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and local market conditions
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear targets and fostering a performance-driven culture
  • Manage hotel distribution channels, rate management, and revenue optimization across all booking platforms
