Global Quality Manager- Golf Pride

About the Role

As Global Quality Manager for Golf Pride, you'll oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement across our product lines and manufacturing operations. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous standards and exceeds customer expectations. You'll drive quality excellence while managing processes, people, and performance metrics at a global scale.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and processes
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and process inefficiencies
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Manage supplier quality programs and relationships to maintain material standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify product and process integrity
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to support business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or consumer products
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational change
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Compensation and Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000, based on your background, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
