Albertsons is hiring a Part Time Starbucks Barista at our Marshall Ford location in Travis County. If you love great coffee, customer connections, and creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team.

About the Role

As a Starbucks Barista at Albertsons, you're the expert behind the espresso machine and the friendly face our customers see every visit. You'll craft handmade beverages with precision, serve delicious food and pastries, and guide customers through our rotating selection of whole bean coffees and merchandise. This is a hands-on position where your skill and warmth directly shape the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, hot and cold beverages, and specialty drinks to order
• Operate the register, handle transactions accurately, and manage the POS system
• Take customer orders, remember preferences, and make genuine connections
• Prepare and plate food items, pastries, and grab-and-go offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Restock supplies, manage inventory, and keep the counter inviting
• Collaborate with team members during busy shifts and support store operations
• Share knowledge about our coffee selection and help customers find their next favorite

• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Reliable, flexible availability for part-time hours
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain it
