TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

About the Role

As a Traveling Superintendent with gpac, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of active construction projects across the region. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting all quality specifications. You'll spend time at different job sites, coordinating teams and solving real-time challenges to deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Direct all construction phases, from pre-construction planning through final closeout
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to keep deliverables on track
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field crews to meet project objectives
• Perform regular site inspections and hold progress meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
• Serve as the main liaison between gpac, clients, and trade partners
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule or quality

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a superintendent or senior project manager in commercial or residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and project management tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
