What You'll Do
- Design and develop civil engineering solutions for water systems, transportation, site development, and infrastructure projects

- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive project documentation using CAD and engineering software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes
- Review and mentor junior engineering staff on best practices and project execution standards
- Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and advancements in civil engineering
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or active eligibility to obtain one
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with water, transportation, or site development projects
- Leadership experience managing technical teams and junior staff
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget
