What You'll Do

  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive project documentation using CAD and engineering software
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes
  • Review and mentor junior engineering staff on best practices and project execution standards
  • Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and advancements in civil engineering

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or active eligibility to obtain one
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
  • Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with water, transportation, or site development projects
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams and junior staff
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology
