About the Role

As Laboratory Support Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the smooth, efficient operation of our laboratory facilities. This role requires coordination between technical staff, administrative personnel, and healthcare providers to ensure laboratory procedures run seamlessly and that all support functions meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the management and organization of laboratory supplies, equipment, and materials
• Support specimen receipt, processing, and tracking procedures to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow management for laboratory staff and testing procedures
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Communicate with clinical departments regarding testing status and results delivery
• Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to process improvements
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and record maintenance using laboratory information systems
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily laboratory operations
