About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll create a welcoming, inclusive environment where customers discover their signature fragrances and our team delivers exceptional service every day. You'll lead store operations, manage inventory, and guide your team to achieve our sales and service standards while embodying the Bath & Body Works commitment to belonging and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop store team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and loss prevention practices
• Oversee point-of-sale operations and transaction processing
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance
• Support sales performance and help achieve store goals
• Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and customer service excellence
• Execute opening and closing store procedures
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with company values

What We're Looking For

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in retail or a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy store setting
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
