Designblendz is hiring a Graphic Designer (AI-Augmented) in Manayunk, Philadelphia County to join our creative team. About the Role
This is a full-time position for someone who sees the intersection of traditional design craft and artificial intelligence as an opportunity, not a threat or replacement. You'll use both industry-standard software and contemporary AI applications to produce visual content at a pace and scale that traditional tools alone cannot achieve. This role requires someone who's neither dependent on AI nor dismissive of it, but instead understands how to integrate these capabilities strategically into professional design practice.
What You'll Do
- Create graphic designs and digital assets for various projects using professional design software
- Apply AI-assisted tools within your workflow to accelerate design development and explore creative directions
- Work with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Maintain visual consistency across deliverables in line with brand standards and specifications
- Deliver finished designs on schedule and ready for production or implementation
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs throughout the creative process
What We're Looking For
- Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable professional design tools
- Portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and aesthetic sensibility
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design platforms and how to incorporate them into your process
- Clear communication skills and comfort working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet consistent deadlines
- Openness to learning and evolving with new design technology and methodologies
