Randolph Health Services is hiring a part-time, first-shift Unit Manager (RN) to lead resident care at our skilled nursing community in Randolph, Dodge County. About the Role
As a Unit Manager (RN) on the day shift, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your unit, guiding nursing staff and partnering with residents and their families to deliver person-centered care. Compensation is offered up to $50 per hour, based on experience, and the schedule includes first-shift hours with a rotating every-other-weekend commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the nursing care delivered on your assigned unit each shift.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing team members to uphold consistent care standards.
- Develop, review, and adjust individualized care plans alongside the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate openly with residents, families, and physicians regarding care and progress.
- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior nursing leadership or charge-nurse experience preferred, ideally in long-term or skilled nursing care.
- Strong clinical judgment paired with clear communication and team-building skills.
- Availability to work first-shift hours, including an every-other-weekend rotation.
