About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll provide skilled therapeutic services to patients across our rehabilitation programs, helping them regain functional abilities and independence. This part-time position offers the flexibility to contribute your clinical expertise while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions focused on functional recovery
• Teach adaptive techniques and assistive device strategies to maximize independence at home and in the community
• Document clinical progress, adjust treatment approaches, and communicate outcomes with the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and self-management techniques

What We're Looking For

• Occupational Therapy license in good standing in Oklahoma
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or post-acute clinical settings
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Dedication to patient-centered, outcome-driven care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
