About the Role
This on-site field role takes you to diverse industrial and energy facilities throughout the country. You'll contribute directly to major energy infrastructure projects, gaining experience across multiple environments and project types while advancing your technical capabilities in a growing field.
What You'll Do
- Perform aluminum welding operations on equipment and systems at power plants, hydroelectric facilities, and other large-scale industrial sites
- Work with specialized electrical and mechanical systems used in energy infrastructure, including Isolated Phase Bus Ducts and related components
- Execute welding tasks to meet project specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with project teams and supervisors to ensure quality and timely completion
- Travel to different job sites across the United States as assigned to project schedules
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated aluminum welding experience and technical proficiency
- Ability to work safely on industrial and power generation sites
- Willingness to travel to multiple job locations and work on-site in the field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow specifications and work collaboratively with teams
