Senior Associate / Manager – Enterprise Data Advisory

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to lead enterprise data advisory initiatives at our New York State Campus in Albany County. In this full-time role, you'll drive strategic data consulting engagements for enterprise clients, translating complex data challenges into actionable business solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate or Manager in Enterprise Data Advisory, you'll partner with organizations to design, implement, and optimize their data strategies and infrastructure. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to communicate data insights at the executive level. You'll deliver high-impact projects spanning data architecture, analytics modernization, and strategic technology planning.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization
• Assess existing data environments and develop comprehensive modernization roadmaps
• Design scalable data architectures aligned with business objectives
• Advise clients on data governance, quality standards, and analytics best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client outcomes
• Monitor emerging data technologies and industry trends affecting client strategies

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in data consulting, data engineering, or enterprise analytics
• Demonstrated success leading complex data initiatives at enterprise organizations
• Strong technical foundation in data platforms, cloud environments, and related infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
• Strategic perspective with track record of influencing executive decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel to client sites as project needs require
