Interim FP&A Transformation Lead

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Transformation Lead to drive financial modernization for a global organization based in Boise, Ada County. This full-time consulting role offers the opportunity to lead transformational finance initiatives on an interim basis.

About the Role

As the Interim FP&A Transformation Lead, you'll take ownership of financial planning and analysis transformation efforts, reporting to senior finance leadership. You'll architect and execute strategic changes to improve financial processes, systems, and team capabilities across a multinational organization. This interim assignment is ideal for a senior finance professional ready to make an immediate impact in a high-visibility position.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end FP&A transformation initiatives, defining roadmaps and managing delivery across multiple workstreams
• Evaluate current financial planning, analysis, and reporting capabilities to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive adoption of enhanced forecasting methodologies, budgeting processes, and financial analytics tools
• Collaborate with finance teams, business unit leaders, and technology partners to align FP&A strategies with organizational goals
• Oversee implementation of financial systems and analytics solutions that enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making speed
• Build team capacity through coaching, mentoring, and targeted training in modern FP&A practices
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to C-suite and board-level stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years leading transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale finance transformations in global organizations
• Deep expertise in FP&A processes, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, analytics platforms, and data management tools
• Exceptional leadership and change management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with finance and business stakeholders at all levels
• MBA or equivalent advanced finance credential preferred
• Experience in AgTech, manufacturing, or similar complex global businesses is valued
