About the Role

As our Installation Technician at our Waterville location in Kennebec County, you'll be the skilled professional who brings automotive solutions to life. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll perform a range of installation and customization work that directly impacts how customers experience their vehicles. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position where your technical expertise and commitment to excellence set the standard for our team's work.

What You'll Do

• Install automotive components, accessories, and systems with precision and attention to detail
• Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship and customer safety
• Perform functional testing and verification of installed equipment before customer delivery
• Maintain a well-organized workspace and properly care for tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and team members to coordinate workflow
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
