About the Role

We're seeking a General Service Technician to maintain and repair customer vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and Monro's quality standards. This is a full-time, hourly role where you'll work directly with customers and our service team to keep vehicles running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles including inspections, tire services, fluid changes, and component replacement
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company service protocols to ensure every job meets quality standards
• Interact professionally with customers, explain service needs clearly, and address questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed
• Use shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical principles
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work orders
