About the Role

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and the Assistant Store Manager
• Lead the full hiring process — recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and developing store teammates
• Coach and mentor your team to consistently deliver excellent guest experiences and technical quality
• Manage store scheduling, workflow, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and throughput
• Drive store performance against key metrics including sales, car count, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory accuracy, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate store results and operational needs to your District Manager
