About the Role

As a General Service Technician at Monro's Franklin location, you'll perform routine maintenance and repair services that keep customer vehicles operating safely and reliably. What You'll Do

• Execute routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid level checks
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs using diagnostic tools and manufacturer specifications
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments following established procedures and safety protocols
• Document work completed, parts used, and service details accurately in company systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for yourself and your team
• Provide five-star customer service by explaining services, answering questions, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily service goals and delivery commitments

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; automotive technical training or ASE certification preferred
