What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety and comfort
- Provide reminders and support with medications as directed by care plans
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Maintain detailed care records and follow individualized care instructions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Genuine compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans precisely and work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Physical capability to assist with client mobility and daily activities
