HTST Pasteurization Control Room Operator, Manufacturing (6:00am-6:30pm, Friday-Sunday) – $25.70/hr

Walmart is building out our in-house dairy production capabilities in Robinson, McLennan County, and we're hiring full-time HTST Pasteurization Control Room Operators to join this brand new facility. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to work Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm, this role offers $25.70/hr and the chance to support milk products reaching over 750 retail locations across Texas and neighboring states.

About the Role

You'll operate and monitor high-temperature short-time pasteurization systems that produce Great Value and Member's Mark milk for our stores. This is a full-time position with a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule, 6:00am to 6:30pm, offering $25.70 per hour. You'll be part of a new, state-of-the-art facility that leverages milk from Texas dairy operations to deliver quality products to customers across our footprint.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage HTST pasteurization control systems to ensure consistent product quality and food safety
• Operate and adjust control room equipment according to established processes and protocols
• Log production data, track batch information, and maintain accurate records
• Conduct pre-start equipment checks and respond promptly to system alerts
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet facility targets
• Follow all food safety, health, and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability and willingness to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment operation and monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Ability to read gauges, follow written instructions, and communicate clearly with team members
• Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus
