Retail Key Holder

About the Role

As a Retail Key Holder, you'll be a cornerstone of our Aurora store's daily success. This part-time position puts you in a leadership role responsible for opening and closing the location, maintaining store security and merchandising standards, handling critical cash operations, and mentoring team members. It's an ideal opportunity to develop real retail management experience with the world's leading comfort footwear brand.

What You'll Do

• Open or close the store, including managing access, activating security systems, and securing the location
• Process sales transactions, manage cash drawers, balance tills, and prepare deposits
• Lead the sales floor, train and guide team members on product features and customer engagement, and model excellent service
• Maintain visual displays, store cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout your shift
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and authority
• Oversee receiving and inventory management tasks
• Uphold all company policies and operational procedures consistently

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail or customer service experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
• Sharp organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Dependable, professional approach with the ability to work autonomously and under minimal supervision
• Strong communication and natural leadership ability
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and creating a welcoming retail environment
• Comfort with flexible part-time scheduling and varied shift hours
• Interest in footwear, fashion, or apparel is a bonus
