Maintenance / Landscaper Associate

Flood Ford of East Greenwich, a trusted family-owned automotive dealership, is hiring a full-time Maintenance and Landscaper Associate. Based in East Greenwich, Kent County, this position maintains and beautifies our facilities across our East Greenwich and Wakefield locations.

About the Role

As a Maintenance and Landscaper Associate, you'll keep our dealership facilities and grounds in excellent condition. Your work ensures a clean, safe, and professional environment that reflects our commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction. This full-time position combines hands-on building maintenance with outdoor grounds management.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and preventative upkeep
• Handle light landscaping work such as lawn care, landscaping, and grounds beautification
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout facility interiors and exterior areas
• Support operations at both our East Greenwich and Wakefield locations
• Report maintenance needs and coordinate with management on facility improvements
• Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in building maintenance or facility work
• Knowledge of landscaping or demonstrated willingness to develop these skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time hours consistently
• Ability to work independently while following direction
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate maintenance equipment
