Technical Project Manager

Leidos seeks a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Odenton, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This is a full-time technical leadership role supporting the DISA Cross Domain Enterprise Services (CDES) program, where you will drive engineering excellence and technical coordination across multiple security domains and military doctrines throughout the full systems lifecycle.

About the Role

You'll serve as a bridge between technical execution and program delivery on CDES—a critical initiative managing secure information exchange across different classification levels and operational domains. Your technical expertise and project management skills will ensure seamless coordination of engineering activities, testing protocols, policy integration, deployment strategies, and long-term system sustainment. This position demands deep technical understanding combined with strong program leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate technical work across engineering teams supporting cross-domain security requirements and multiple military doctrines
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering, testing, and validation activities for CDES infrastructure
• Manage technical aspects of policy integration, compliance, and deployment planning across diverse operational environments
• Guide technical teams through full lifecycle activities—from design through sustainment—ensuring quality and schedule adherence
• Identify and resolve technical risks and interdependencies that impact program success
• Communicate technical progress and decisions to both engineering stakeholders and program leadership

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical background in systems engineering, network architecture, or information security disciplines
• Proven project management experience in complex, multi-domain technical environments
• Familiarity with cross-domain solutions, DoD security standards, or related infrastructure programs
• Ability to manage technical timelines, coordinate multiple workstreams, and communicate across diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret clearance a plus)
