Document Control and Data Specialist – Kennesaw, GA

ADM is hiring a Document Control and Data Specialist to join our operations team in Kennesaw, Georgia. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence in our manufacturing facility.

About the Role

As our Document Control and Data Specialist in Kennesaw, you'll serve as a critical point person for information management across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you ensure that all controlled documents, data records, and operational logs meet regulatory standards and support our commitment to quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and manage the complete controlled document system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across all departments
• Process change controls and modifications through proper approval channels, following cGMP and cGLP requirements
• Enter, verify, and organize operational data to support manufacturing compliance and quality assurance
• Monitor document revisions and version control to prevent the use of outdated or unauthorized materials
• Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams to collect and file essential operational records
• Prepare compliance documentation and reports as required by customer specifications and regulatory standards
• Support internal audits by providing organized, complete record sets on request

What We're Looking For

• Experience in document control, data management, or records administration in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is essential
• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cGLP (current Good Laboratory Practice) standards, or willingness to develop this expertise
• Proficiency with document management systems and data entry software
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary training or certification is a plus
