Innovative Health LLC is seeking a full-time R&D Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing and engineering teams in Tempe, Maricopa County. What You'll Do
- Participate in research and development initiatives focused on advancing manufacturing processes, methods, and production systems
- Assist in designing, testing, and refining work procedures and production techniques
- Support optimization efforts across product engineering, facility systems, equipment design, tooling, and materials handling
- Conduct testing and verification to ensure products, machinery, and processes consistently meet performance standards and specifications
- Contribute to quality control activities and process improvement projects throughout the manufacturing environment
- Gather technical data, document findings, and present engineering observations to support project completion
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and technical support teams on cross-functional initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a closely related technical discipline
- Solid foundation in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and technical problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality standards
- Ability to work safely and productively in a manufacturing facility environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working effectively as part of technical teams
- Genuine interest in manufacturing innovation and operational excellence
