About the Role

As Office Coordinator for the Center for Faith & Justice at Xavier University, you'll be the organizational backbone of a Jesuit Catholic educational center dedicated to deepening students' faith lives and fostering their commitment to justice. Based in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, this full-time role manages day-to-day operations and creates a welcoming environment for the students and faculty the center serves.

What You'll Do

• Manage office schedules, correspondence, and administrative workflows
• Coordinate student programs, events, and retreats that support faith formation and social justice initiatives
• Maintain office records, databases, and documentation in compliance with university policies
• Provide administrative support to center staff, faculty, and student groups
• Schedule meetings, facilities, and resources to support center operations
• Communicate with students, staff, and external partners regarding program details and logistics
• Handle general office duties including reception, phone coverage, and mail management

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software
