Clinical Education and Partnership Program Manager

Creighton University, a leading Catholic health science institution, seeks a Clinical Education and Partnership Program Manager to join our Arizona Health Education Alliance in Phoenix. As subject matter expert for clinical rotations supporting physician assistant students, medical students, residents, and fellows, you'll shape education excellence across Alliance member sites in the Phoenix and Maricopa County region.

About the Role

This full-time position serves as the central hub for clinical rotation oversight and partnership management at Creighton University's Arizona Health Education Alliance. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, capacity, and strategic placement of clinical rotations while maintaining the primacy and integrity of the clinical education experience for all learners.

What You'll Do

• Serve as subject matter expert for clinical rotations across Alliance member sites and partner organizations
• Oversee rotation capacity planning, learner placement, and scheduling to meet the needs of physician assistant students, medical students, residents, and fellows
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clinical sites and preceptors to support educational goals
• Monitor rotation quality and ensure clinical education standards are consistently met
• Coordinate communication between Creighton University programs and clinical partner sites
• Track and report on rotation outcomes and learner placement metrics
• Support program improvement initiatives focused on clinical education excellence

What We're Looking For

• Experience in clinical education, healthcare program management, or clinical site coordination
• Knowledge of physician assistant, medical student, or graduate medical education models
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with diverse healthcare teams
• Professional competence with clinical education principles and learner assessment
• Proficiency with scheduling, data tracking, and reporting systems
