WSP USA is hiring a full-time Manager, Health and Safety (Oil and Gas) based at the William Penn Annex East in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Step into a leadership role guiding Health, Safety and Environment programs across the energy sector for one of the nation's premier engineering and environmental consultancies.

About the Role

Within WSP's Earth & Environment Business Line, our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) group is looking for a driven, forward-thinking professional to oversee Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs spanning several client accounts in the Oil & Gas sector. As Manager, Health and Safety, you will deliver hands-on HSE support to our Oil & Gas clients, helping them operate safely, responsibly and in line with regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate HSE programs across multiple Oil & Gas client accounts.
• Provide day-to-day health, safety and environmental support services to clients in the energy sector.
• Champion a strong safety culture and promote continuous improvement across client operations.
• Partner with WSP's broader HSEQ team to align program delivery with company standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven background in health, safety and environmental management, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry.
• An energetic, innovative mindset with the initiative to manage several client accounts at once.
• Strong working knowledge of HSE practices, standards and program coordination.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States.
