Chicos Fas Inc is hiring a Sales Lead for our Claremont store in Los Angeles County. In this full-time retail position, you'll drive customer satisfaction and store performance by partnering with management to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.

About the Role

Your role as a Sales Lead will combine hands-on customer engagement with operational support. You'll help create a shopping environment where every customer feels valued while supporting management in running daily operations smoothly and profitably at our Claremont location.

• Welcome and assist customers with product knowledge and genuine care
• Process sales transactions and manage register operations accurately
• Encourage and guide team members to provide excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Partner with management on store operations and daily procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized retail space that represents Chicos Fas Inc standards
• Contribute to store profitability through strong customer engagement and sales focus
