About the Role
As a Content Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our content operations team, ensuring our messaging reaches audiences with precision and impact. You'll support our strategy, design, and development teams across multiple client projects in the ecommerce and digital marketing space, handling the day-to-day execution that keeps our campaigns running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate content creation, review, and approval workflows across projects and teams
- Maintain organized asset libraries, documentation, and content calendars
- Support copywriting efforts by editing, fact-checking, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and development teams to align content with campaign objectives
- Track project timelines and deadlines, communicating proactively with stakeholders
- Manage revisions, feedback, and version control across deliverables
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen our content workflow
What We're Looking For
