About the Role

As Aquatics Supervisor at Adventureland Park, you'll oversee the daily operations of our aquatic facilities, managing staff performance, guest safety protocols, and facility maintenance. What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate aquatics staff, including lifeguards and attendants, during operational hours
• Monitor water quality, conduct safety inspections, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Enforce guest safety policies, respond to incidents promptly, and document all safety-related activities
• Train staff on lifeguarding protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service standards
• Manage daily schedules, staffing assignments, and ensure adequate coverage at all aquatic areas
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Perform equipment checks and coordinate maintenance with facility management

What We're Looking For

• Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) and CPR/AED certification required
• Proven supervisory or management experience, preferably in aquatics or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and aquatic facility standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
• Customer service excellence and comfort working in a family-oriented, high-traffic environment
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and seasonal peaks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in safety-critical situations
