Concierge

Invited, the nation's largest owner and operator of private clubs, is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our Gibsonia, Allegheny County location. In this guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and visitors, delivering the exceptional service that defines our commitment to building meaningful relationships and enriching the lives of everyone in our community.

About the Role

As a Concierge at Invited, you'll be the welcoming face of one of our 130+ private club locations nationwide. This part-time position places you at the heart of member experience, where your warmth, knowledge, and professionalism directly shape how guests and members feel in our spaces. You'll work in a dynamic hospitality environment alongside a team that shares your passion for exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist members and guests with genuine hospitality and attentiveness
• Answer inquiries and direct visitors to club facilities, programs, and services
• Manage requests and coordinate reservations or logistics with accuracy and care
• Maintain current knowledge of club amenities, events, and offerings to provide informed recommendations
• Support the team in maintaining seamless daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere
• Foster positive relationships that reflect Invited's values of enriching member experiences

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a natural warmth when engaging guests
• Reliable, flexible team player comfortable with part-time scheduling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requests
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service and creating positive moments
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
