Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) $110 Per Billable Hour

Epic Minds Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Smithfield, North Carolina to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and clinical leadership to clients across our service area. This is a full-time position with compensation of $110 per billable hour.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Epic Minds Therapy, you'll combine clinical expertise with direct impact, supervising behavioral treatment programs and leading our team's clinical mission. You'll serve as both a practitioner and a mentor, ensuring every client receives high-quality, individualized ABA services grounded in the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide direct ABA therapy services and oversee case progress through ongoing behavioral monitoring and data analysis
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' goals across home, school, and community settings
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure all services meet state and federal compliance standards
• Stay current with advances in applied behavior analysis and incorporate evidence-based innovations into service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a behavioral analyst
• Master's degree (or higher) in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
• Strong clinical experience in ABA therapy and behavioral intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical practice and creating meaningful, measurable outcomes
