We're seeking full-time RBTs to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, supporting children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
About the Role
As an RBT with Aviation ABA Therapy LLC, you'll provide direct, evidence-based behavioral intervention services to children in their home environments throughout Weber County. Working Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule based on assigned client caseloads, you'll be a key part of helping children build essential skills and positive behaviors. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $22–$27 per hour based on your experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and educational supports in clients' homes
- Collect and record behavioral data to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Communicate session outcomes and client observations to supervising BCBAs and families
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and session notes in compliance with clinical standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in clinical or home-based settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with supervising clinicians
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
- Reliability and flexibility to work within assigned client schedules
