About the Role

As our Hair Stylist, you'll work in a dynamic, supportive environment where your expertise grows and your income scales with your client base—backed by a guaranteed minimum wage floor for your first six months as you build your book of business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a full range of cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate hair services and products
- Maintain a clean and welcoming station, following all sanitation and safety standards
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and genuine client relationships
