Regional Director

Gallery Residential is seeking a Regional Director to manage our multifamily residential portfolio in Tuxedo, Fulton County. In this full-time, exempt leadership position, you'll drive property management operations, implement strategic business plans, and oversee teams across multiple communities to deliver exceptional resident experiences and operational results.

About the Role

The Regional Director leads property management execution for an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties. This role is responsible for translating corporate strategies into effective action plans, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance, and reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You'll balance fiscal accountability with resident satisfaction and team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all operational aspects of multifamily properties within your portfolio
• Develop and implement property-specific business plans aligned with company vision and market conditions
• Supervise on-site property management staff and coordinate performance management
• Monitor financial metrics, occupancy rates, and operational KPIs; recommend improvements to drive revenue and efficiency
• Manage lease administration, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships
• Ensure full compliance with fair housing requirements, local regulations, and company policies
• Prepare reports, analyze market data, and communicate performance to senior leadership
• Collaborate with departments to execute capital projects, resident programs, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily property management or residential real estate operations experience
• Demonstrated success leading property management teams and managing large portfolios
• Strong proficiency with property management systems and business software
• Solid understanding of fair housing law and property management best practices
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive operational metrics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field, or equivalent management experience
