Community Director

Gallery Residential is seeking a full-time Community Director to lead operations and drive financial performance at our residential community in Prince George, Prince George County. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape resident experiences while optimizing community value for our ownership partners.

About the Role

As Community Director, you'll oversee all daily operations and maintain the physical integrity of the residential community. Working directly with the Regional Director, you'll execute property management strategies aligned with ownership goals and ensure consistent financial performance. This is an exempt position with decision-making authority over community operations and staff.

What You'll Do

• Manage resident relations, lease enforcement, and community policies to create a positive living environment
• Oversee maintenance and capital improvements to preserve and enhance the physical plant
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and track revenue to meet or exceed financial targets
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, ADA requirements, and all applicable local and federal laws
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all community functions
• Supervise and develop community staff, fostering accountability and excellence
• Address resident concerns and lease violations while maintaining professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in property management, community operations, or residential management
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA compliance, and property management regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance
• Leadership skills and experience supervising teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools
