• Set up and organize your assigned workstation before each shift, ensuring all tools and ingredients are accessible and properly positioned
• Monitor and maintain consistent product quality, cook times, and portion sizes throughout service
• Practice proper sanitary and safe food handling protocols at all times, following all health and safety regulations
• Clean and sanitize your workstation, cooking equipment, and surrounding areas before, during, and after service
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands
