About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member working the night shift, you are the backbone of our culinary operations. You'll work directly under the guidance of an independent Owner/Operator who invests in developing your skills and supporting your growth. This position offers real hands-on experience in a fast-paced food service environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality directly impact customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Chick-fil-A's quality standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation during evening and night hours
• Receive and properly store food deliveries and inventory
• Follow all food safety protocols and company procedures
• Support opening or closing procedures as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors about any issues or concerns
