About the Role
This is a full-time position offering $30–$45 per hour, based on experience and performance. You'll install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems in homes throughout Monmouth County, working directly with homeowners who depend on reliable heating and cooling year-round.
What You'll Do
- Install and repair residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting to ensure systems run safely and efficiently
- Work with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and explain system options and maintenance requirements
- Follow industry standards and safety protocols during all installation and service work
- Document completed work and maintain accurate records of parts and labor
