About the Role

What You'll Do
- Haul freight on regional routes in full compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards

- Meet delivery schedules and build professional customer relationships
- Manage day-to-day business operations within the lease framework
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations for optimal routing and load planning
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and commitment to equipment maintenance
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work
- Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to grow as an owner-operator
- Ability to pass background check and current DOT medical certification
