Social Media & Content Manager

The Tie is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager for our New York City headquarters. As a full-time member of our communications team, you'll shape how the world's largest hedge funds, asset managers, and blockchain institutions understand and engage with our products and thought leadership.

Since 2017, The Tie has been the trusted bridge between institutions and digital assets. We've built the market intelligence platform and services that help leading firms navigate crypto. Now we're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can amplify our story across channels, grow our audience, and drive meaningful engagement with decision-makers in finance and blockchain.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategy across all company channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms where our audience gathers
• Create original content—written, visual, and video—that educates and engages institutional investors, crypto professionals, and potential customers
• Build and manage an editorial calendar, balancing company announcements, thought leadership, industry insights, and community interaction
• Monitor social performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine strategy based on real data
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations that strengthen brand loyalty
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure messaging clarity and brand consistency across touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for B2B, fintech, or crypto organizations
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone and format for different platforms and audiences
• Familiarity with social analytics tools and comfort making data-driven decisions
• Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and institutional finance—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in specialized domains
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Genuine interest in The Tie's mission and the crypto ecosystem
